Privacy
Your data, plainly.
This website has no cookies, no analytics and no trackers, and it loads nothing from other companies. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us.
Last updated 24 October 2026.
Who we are
Nagi is based in the European Union and is responsible for the personal data described here. For anything about your data, write to hello@nagihealth.com.
What we collect
- The contact form. Your name, role, organisation, type of organisation, email address, country, and your message.
- Email. Whatever you write to us at an @nagihealth.com address, and your address.
- Server logs. Like every website, ours keeps short technical logs of each request (IP address, browser, time, page) to keep the site working and secure. We also look at the IP address for a moment to stop the form from being flooded with spam.
Please do not put health information about yourself, your patients or anyone else in the form or in an email. This website is for organisations getting in touch with us. It is not a place for clinical information.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry to answer you and to talk about whether Nagi fits your organisation. That is a step you ask us to take before any agreement (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). We keep server logs because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure website (article 6(1)(f)). We do not send newsletters, do not add you to lists, do not sell or share your data, and do not profile you.
Where it is kept, and who helps us
- Google Cloud runs this website and stores form messages in its data centre in Belgium (europe-west1). The server logs are kept there too.
- Our own computers in the EU. We copy enquiries there to read and answer them.
- Forward Email receives mail sent to @nagihealth.com and forwards it to our mailbox, which is hosted by Google.
These providers handle data only to provide their service to us. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, they must use the safeguards that the GDPR requires.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while we are in conversation with you, and for up to two years after our last exchange. After that we delete them, unless we have started working together. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Write to hello@nagihealth.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work. The European Data Protection Board keeps a list of them.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
